Danielle utilizes assisted yoga as an integral part of her yoga classes. When she discovered Assisted Thai Yoga in 2012, it was a natural fit and progression of the healing practices she was already practicing . The emotional healing benefits of safe physical connection and meditation that are present during a Vedic Assisted Thai Yoga session draws her to practice this technique in nearly all private and group sessions as a method to energetically assist students to release blocked perception that are held in the physical body. The Vedic Assisted Thai Yoga is an intuitive practice of loving kindness (ahimsa) and pure intentions(sauce), two of the Yamas and Niyamas of the 8 Limb Path of Yoga.
